JT Computers provides a wide variety of services to cater for most domestic computer servicing or upgrading requirements. Following is a comprehensive outline of the services JT Computers can provide for you. General On-Site Servicing/Consultation:

A General On-Site Service or Consultation is the basic service offered by JT Computers. For a competitive fee, a General Service will provide you with assistance to resolve issues, troubleshoot errors or fix any software or hardware based problems that you might be experiencing. This service is what you require if none of our other servicing models meet your needs. The greatest attraction of this service is that it is performed entirely onsite, on your premises, resulting in the minimum downtime for you.

System Upgrades:

The System Upgrade service is provided by JT Computers for those who feel their computer system is lacking in functionality or struggling to keep up with newer software and peripheral demands. JTC is happy to take specific upgrade requirements over the phone for customers who are aware of what they require. However, if you are unsure of what your PC requires to meet your demands, JT Computers can arrange an inexpensive consultation to determine your requirements with you. System Upgrades are charged at a single flat fee, not time based, so you can be confident your requirements will be met without any price addons.

Internet Installation:

Want Internet access? Have you signed with an Internet provider but are unsure how to access it from your PC? JT Computers provides a handy, flat-fee service to attend your premises and install your internet connection for you. JT Computers can help with both broadband and dialup connections. Please note, however, that we do not provide Internet services themselves; only installation or connection aid. We do require that you be already signed with an Internet Service Provider whose details you can provide to us.

Home Networking:

JT Computers will look after your home networking requirements from the planning stage through to installation. As with our System Upgrade service, for a small fee, we will visit your premises to determine your networking requirements On-Site, if you are unable to determine your own requirements. At a competitive flat-fee we will also install your networking hardware and provide basic Windows network connectivity.

Offsite System Overhaul:

The Offsite System Overhaul is perfectly suited to the ageing and virus-ridden computer that requires nothing more than an overhaul to restore it to efficient working condition once again. The Offsite System Overhaul is a comprehensive program of system cleaning involving many stages. First and foremost, JT Computers will backup any data you wish to keep, as the second stage of the Overhaul involves 'reformatting' or wiping the entire system clean if necessary. The operating system will be reinstalled, updated, virus scanner installed and more, to return a clean system for you to use. JTC will also clean out the inside of the case to remove any dust accumulation. If you feel your system is overloaded with software and viruses, this is the perfect service for you.

Purchasing Consultation:

JT Computers does not usually provide new systems except in certain circumstances, however, we do provide a purchasing service for a small flat fee to help people find the right computer for their needs. Including in the Purchasing Consultation is installation of your new system. This service is great for people looking for a new computer system but are overwhelmed by the wide variety and technical terms. We will discuss your requirements and help track down a system right for you.
